As a Studio Production Manager in our E-commerce Retail Studio, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of our production management process.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure efficient and timely production of high-quality content and merchandise for our online retail platform.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day studio operations, internal and external, working closely with photo teams.
• Work with Creative Director to help oversee projects from inception to delivery, including defining the scope of work, schedules, and deliverables.
• Work cross-functionally with all departments, including Creative, Marketing, Finance, and more.
• Manage financials, POs, and billing for all production-related costs.
• Oversee the delivery of e-commerce photography needs, planning processes, and routines, customized for the unique needs of the clothing e-commerce business.
• Oversee the delivery from the Creative team, ensuring projects are aligned with budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with project management and Marketing team on deadlines, project goals, expectations, and workflows.
• Monitor and communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders, identifying next steps to stay on track and within scope.
• Build a strong freelance team inclusive of producers, assistants, hair and makeup, and props.
• Coordinate with external vendors, production partners, and freelancers as necessary.
• Location scouting and obtaining photography and video permits.
• Model casting.
• Book travel and accommodations for teams when needed.
• Supports and assists production assistants in understanding their role in the production process.
• Manage production team and delegate work to producers.
• Coaching and development of direct reports.

Experience, Education & Designations

7+ years' related work experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, adhering to budgets and deadlines.
• Proven understanding of the end-to-end design process and its moving pieces.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent team player who is self-motivated and detail-oriented.
