About the Role :

Fitzrovia is seeking a Graphic Designer to assist in property and corporate level graphic design. On the property-level, graphic design support is required from pre-construction to on-going stabilization operations.

This role will allow them to explore diverse design challenges, unleashing their artistic flair to craft visually compelling materials.

From shaping engaging online experiences to designing captivating print materials, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing ideas to life and leaving a lasting impact on our brands.

As we are a highly collaborative team, this role is on-site, full-time, and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create striking and high-quality visuals that bring concepts to life
  • Collaborate with members of the marketing team to understand project requirements and goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends, integrating the latest graphic design techniques into projects
  • Edit and generate visually compelling and impactful advertising materials for diverse platforms, encompassing both print and digital mediums
  • Formulate concepts for advertising campaigns that resonate with our target audience and stakeholders and align with marketing objectives
  • Uphold a superior standard of design quality, ensuring uniformity across all materials.
  • Create and refine creative concepts, layouts, animations, and visual assets for a range of marketing materials, such as digital advertisements, social media templates and posts, web banners, brochures, post cards, presentations, etc.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, leasing, property management, design, creative agencies, production firms, and print and signage companies, to bring projects from concept to execution
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting project deadlines within a dynamic work environment
  • Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading of designs and copy to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain marketing assets by filing documents, assets, and images in an exceptionally organized fashion
  • Regularly audit our online curb appeal and physical marketing materials to ensure applications are consistent with brand strategy and guidelines
  • Stay on top of best-in-class trends in branding, marketing, advertising, and graphic design technologies to ensure innovative designs while preserving brand integrity and uniformity in the market
  • Other duties as specified by the Vice President of Marketing

Qualifications and Experiences :

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture, marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience, at least 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • An impressive portfolio that demonstrates an ability to successfully create a broad range of work spanning across diverse aesthetics and styles.
  • Professional photography and videography skills are considered an asset.
  • Advanced capabilities within Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe XD) and Figma.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office.
  • Deep understanding of the multimedia production process, encompassing print, digital, and creative development.
  • A strong comprehension of UX and how graphics can enhance the online digital user experience.
  • Motivated by outcomes and ongoing enhancements, exhibiting a meticulous focus on precision and detail.
  • Excellent communicator both in written and oral forms and an ability to articulate goals and requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Passionate about acquiring knowledge, enthusiastic about providing and receiving feedback.
  • Possesses analytical skills and a deep desire to comprehend market and consumer insights and preferences.
  • Flexibility the ability to be flexible which includes occasionally working additional hours to meet company goals and deadlines.
