Robert Half is hiring now for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to fulfill a contract / temporary role for our Calgary Client.

As the successful candidate for this position, you will be responsible for leading and supporting Responsible for leading the extended technical teams that sustain and maintain the Client’s SAP Ariba and ERP procurement systems.

If you have excellent leadership experience in delivering IT Service Management processes tools including management of distributed teams and working knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement best practices on strategic initiatives across multiple organization levels and stakeholder groups and are looking to progress your career, this may be the role you’ve been looking for.

This contract role is based in the Calgary, AB., but is open to remote work permissions for eligible candidates.

Job Requirements : MUST HAVES :

MUST HAVES :

• 10 + years proven working success in a relatable role delivering IT Service Management processes tools including management of distributed teams
• Proficient knowledge and skill with a variety of enterprise technology platforms including SAP S / 4, SAP ECC, Oracle, ServiceNow, JIRA, Power Automate, HPALM
• Proven strength / expert fluency in Microsoft tools MS Project Excel PowerPoint Power BI
• In-depth understanding and experience with technical solutions and working knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement best practices
• Demonstrated leadership skills, solid customer service focus, and ability to promote cross functional collaboration
• Excellent technical knowledge of SAP Ariba Modules (Sourcing Contracts, Network, Buying, Invoicing and Guided Buying). SAP Ariba Implementation
• Proven experience navigating complex organizations and / or projects with a demonstrable ability to effectively manage stakeholders
• Excellent business knowledge with ability to focus on both technical and process solutions
• Self-motivated & decisive with the ability to adapt to change and competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical people
• ITSM or Project Management certifications
• Post-Secondary Education in Business Technology or related field
• SAP Ariba modules or SAP MM or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a definite plus
