As a Restaurant Manager in Edmonton, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

You will be accountable for recruiting, training, and supervising staff, as well as monitoring inventory, orders, cleanliness standards, customer service levels, and other operational aspects of the business.

You will also provide leadership and coaching to your team while fostering a positive dining experience for guests.

Requirements :

• Previous supervisory experience
• Accountable for taking initiative
• Passion for service & commitment to quality
• Results oriented
• Thorough understanding of Food Safe & WorkSafe requirements
• Proven record of training & developing teams
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• High energy & winning attitude
• Commitment to continuous learning & improvement
• Must have a valid passport for a few days training in Orlando
• Must be able to do 6 weeks training out of province
