Position : Accounts payable technician / analyst
3 month contract to start with possibility of extension
Schedule : 37.5 hours per week!
Salary : 60-65k
Location : Ville Saint-Laurent 2 day at the office remote 3 days per week
SUMMARY OF DUTIES :
We are looking for an AP technician to join the team ; The ideal candidate would have over 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, having done 3 way matching with purchase orders, seen inter-company transactions, worked with multiple currencies (CAD / USD) and have experience with credit card expenses.
Weekly volume is of about 100 invoices, all to be entered into the system Oracle.

Responsibilities
- Process 100+ invoices on a weekly basis
- 3 way matching with POs
- Manage multi-currency transactions
- G / L writing
- Government sales tax reports
- Process expense reports ( car / mileage )
- Other AP Ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- 5 + years in a relevant role
- Bilingualism, with a functional French (7 / 10)
- Experience with 3 way matching / multi currency / intercos
- Experience with Oracle
- Intermediate level Excel
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
