Role : Accounts payable technician
Workplace : Downtown Montreal
Salary : Maximum 60k
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for key processes including invoice entry, travel expense management, supplier administration and payment processing.
You will produce regular reports, review month-end results and monitor performance indicators to ensure prompt payment of invoices.

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities :
Manage accounts payable (US$4 billion per year) with regular payments tailored to supplier and payment method.
Analyze exception reports to ensure efficient and timely payments.
Communicate with 14 sites to resolve billing issues.
Perform online payments for various suppliers and generate daily ACHs and weekly checks.
Resolve discrepancies between invoices and payments, assisting sites with payment requests.
Respond to supplier requests by analyzing payments and periodic inventory participation.
Follow Revenu Québec calendar and provide monthly report of taxable benefits.
Provide support for verification of expenses and transfers.
