Our client is looking for aWarehouse / Customer Service Associate to join their team! This isa hybrid role with a focus on warehouse tasks but also customerservice related responsibilities.
Our client is a progressiveinnovative and growing coffee distributor with showroom providingthe finest coffee equipment espresso machines and accessories witha focus on quality resulting in many ravingfans.
Salary :
$18.00$20.00 per hour fullbenefits
Hoursof Work :
Monday Friday9 : 00am 5 : 00pm.
Overtime is apossibility.
Responsibilities
Warehouse(Primary)
- Workingindependently to both pick and shiporders.
- Ensure that the correctitems are located and shipped.
- Keeprecords of completedorders.
- Assisting with theorganizing and cleaningwarehouse.
- Adherence to all safetyprocesses.
CustomerService(Secondary)
- Answeringinbound sales related phone calls emails or webchatconversations.
- Greetingguests as they enter the store location / showroom and demonstratingthe machines to prospectivebuyers.
- Handlinginstore transactions including cash anddebit / credit.
Requirements
- Alove for coffee and being a specialty coffee enthusiast is anasset.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs(not repetitive or constant)
- Abilityto work fulltime 40 hours perweek.
- Demonstrable work ethic andreliability.
- Attention to detail andgood time management skills.
- You area great communicator and enjoy being aroundpeople.
