JOIN OUR TEAM The Repairs & Maintenance Project Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of small to medium-scope repair, maintenance & Construction projects at various locations.

The position requires a high degree of organizational proficiency and the ability to self-direct.

The Project Manager will be required to coordinate multiple parties, including internal resources, consultants and contractors, and be responsible for delivering projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using the appropriate software tools and / or PM methods.
  • Manage project activities throughout the life cycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success.
  • Organize project teams into suitable workgroups and guide the teams throughout their efforts to produce deliverables according to specifications.
  • Act as primary liaison with site maintenance & general managers and sub-trades.
  • Review and comment on shop drawings along with design consultants or supervisors.
  • Manage trade contractor site meetings, invoices, and control document process.
  • Observe that Work Safe Practices are being followed during site visits.
  • Perform additional assignments per the supervisor’s direction.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ Years relevant experience in construction project management, engineering, or trade.
  • Experience in a relevant trade is an asset.
  • Certification(s) and / or other related education are assets.
  • Proficiency with building systems including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Relevant hands-on repairs and maintenance skills.
  • Experience with PM Software, including Microsoft Project and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit and / or other drafting systems).
  • Familiarity with building codes and health regulations.
  • Interest in the Hospitality Industry.
