Generating work orders & scanning sheets for planned and emergency work requests Handing out work orders and scan sheets for staff Identifying recommendations and or areas for improvement Purchasing necessary parts & equipment Following up with staff on all outstanding work orders Closing all complete work orders for processing Processing inventory parts returns when required Collaborating with Maintenance and other leaders to solve problems Ensuring compliance of proper safety, Bio-security and environmental requirements when planning work orders Experience in maintenance mechanical repairs or maintenance planning role Minimum Grade 12 education Strong organizational and analytical skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite Excellent customer service skills Confined space, Forklift operation an asset Experience in barn settings an asset Valid Class 5 Drivers License
