This permanent Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist role is designed for high-caliber communicators who want to trade the traditional call-center grind for a sophisticated, solution-oriented environment in Winnipeg.

In this role, you aren’t just answering phones, you are a strategic brand ambassador managing complex inquiries across Canada while enjoying one of the most flexible hybrid models on the market.

Responsibilities
- Solution-Driven Support: Troubleshooting and resolving inquiries via phone and email with creativity and speed.
- Client Advocacy: Delivering high-touch service to ensure a world-class experience for clients across Canada.
- National Collaboration: Communicating regularly with English-speaking clients outside of Quebec to support a national network.
- Career Development: Actively participating in workshops to sharpen professional and technical skills.

Qualifications
- Language Mastery: Professional fluency in both English and French (written and oral).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to multitask across digital platforms.
- Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service or a Call Center environment.
- Critical Thinking: A proven ability to investigate problems and make confident, timely decisions.
Onboarding & Compliance:
- Valid status to work in Canada.
- Ability to obain Government Reliability Clearance
