Saatchi and Saatchi is looking for a UX Designer.
Are you a talented UX designer with a knack for working closely with developers and clients? Do you excel at translating complex business and technical requirements into seamless user experiences?

Responsibilities :
- Quickly learn and understand our team’s internal processes, collaborative tools, and version control systems through team members and personal training activities to get up-to-speed and start contributing as soon as possible.
- Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and low to high fidelity mocks to effectively communicate functionality and usability to the team and clients.
- Create design libraries in Figma to guide development of components.
- Design and output necessary assets for development within existing frameworks and applying style guides.
- Give and receive constructive, detailed input and / or feedback to / from your colleagues during brainstorms, and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with development team to ensure projects meet prescribed guidelines, working collaboratively to resolve design / developer obstacles and concerns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience in a similar UX design role with a keen focus on user experience.
- Creating user flows and wireframes to convey best usability of internal software’s for development.
- Expertise in the following software : Figma and Adobe Suite
- Strong communication skills : both verbal, and written, including the ability to articulate rationale clearly and convincingly to both clients and colleagues.
- Experience collaborating on a multi-disciplinary digital team, including Developers, Strategists, Project Manager’s, Copywriters, etc.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt under fast timelines, multiple projects, and changing requirements in real-time.
- Passion for learning, expanding your skillset, and employing the latest digital tools, processes, and technology to keep our clients on the leading edge.
Nice to have
- Experience with the automotive sector a big plus!
- Experience in working with internal HR systems
- Experience working in an "Agile" project management environment.
- Experience with versioning software (SVN etc.)
- Familiar with confluence and Jira.
- Working knowledge of front-end development; HTML and CSS
