As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be a key member of our development team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our products.

This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for building high-quality software.

What you'll do :

• Software Development : Design, develop, and maintainthe Achievers Platform and supporting the right tool for the job. We love modern technology / framework and use things like React, Redux, Webpack, Docker, Mysql, MongoDB, Redis, Python, Microservices, GCP (Kubernetes, Pubsub, GCS) and many more.
• Full Stack Development : Contribute to both frontend and backend development efforts as needed, depending on project requirements.

Develop user interfaces, APIs, and backend services to support business objectives.

• Architecture and Design : Contribute to the architectural design and decision-making process. Propose and implement solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and robust.
• Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members. Mentor and coach team members to improve their technical skills and expertise.
• Product Innovation : Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Propose innovative ideas and contribute to the product roadmap.

• Code Review : Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaboration : Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
• Deployment and Maintenance : Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications in production environments (GCP).

Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues (New Relic), and implement optimizations as needed.

Advocate of Agile Methodologie s : Believer and practitioner of Agile practices. We give importance to it when it comes to Sprint planning, Sprint refinement, Scrum and many more agile methodologies.

Do you have what it takes? What we're looking for :

• Bachelors in Computer Science or Masters in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend / frontend development, depending on the role requirements.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, Java, Javascript or others, depending on the technology stack.
• Database technologies such as MySQL / PostGreSQL and / or MongoDB
• Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or .
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Interest in microservices and deployment in Google Cloud
• Experience in HR technology, employee engagement, or related domains is desirable but not required.
