- Wage - Wage Including shift premium wage is -$27 / hr-$35 / hr

Key Responsibilities :
- Setup and Operation : Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, drills, and grinders, to produce high-precision parts ¹.
- Blueprint Interpretation : Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production ¹.
- Machine Maintenance : Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime ¹.
- Quality Control : Conduct quality control tests to ensure products meet strict industry standards ¹.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to optimize production processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in CNC machining or manufacturing technology are highly valued ¹.
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with expertise in CNC machinery and tooling ¹.
- Strong understanding of mechanical documents and drawings ¹.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
