Commercial Insurance Sales Manager
Our Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for leading, inspiring, developing, supporting, and maintaining a high-performance team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Identifying new business leads and sales opportunities and providing to representatives to act upon and ongoing maintenance of the prospect information database
- Building and maintaining a high-performance team through actively recruiting and interviewing, goal setting, performance management, training, coaching, and mentoring
- Leading the implementation of sales strategies and participating in closing Commercial sales
- Actively involved in creating and implementing a sales development plan to meet growth objectives
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales results and adapting tactical plans accordingly
The value you bring
- RIBO License required
- Post secondary education an asset
- Experience leading a team with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Experience recruiting, developing and performance managing a team
- Involvement in industry-related associations and your community
- Proven history of being a strong sales professional
- Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
Hours : Full-time, 37.5 hours / week
Location : Kitchener, ON
Salary Range : $75,000 - $112,000
