As a Project Cost Control Engineer , you will be responsible for project cost and schedule control, providing expertise to ensure project efficiency and adherence to standards.
You will coordinate with various teams, handle financial reporting, and support the project control function with accurate reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of overall project control reports.
- Coordinate project cost analysis activities, including cost coding and SAP use.
- Liaise with project management to provide insights and guidance on project controls.
- Identify and prepare estimates for change orders, trends, and extra work orders.
- Assist in developing and maintaining engineering, procurement, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate project closeout reports, ensuring all cost, progress, and schedule data is properly recorded.
- Monitor and verify service entries and invoices.
- Facilitate purchasing and contracting processes in collaboration with SCM.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada.
- Strong knowledge of cost control systems, SAP, and project control reporting.
- Familiarity with construction and related site cost reporting.
- Ability to prepare budgets, financial reporting, and forecast analysis.
- PMP, AACE, or CCP certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project control roles.
