CDL Carpet & Floor Centre is Calgary & Invermere's leading floorcovering supplier to the retail and contract market. We are a dynamic and growing company.
CDL has been in operation since 1993 and has a long lasting reputation of quality. Our beautiful design oriented showrooms are situated in the SE of Calgary as well as Invermere BC.
We offer an excellent variety of high quality flooring products and are backed with knowledgeable staff to take proper care of client projects.
Our team of sales and support staff are constantly striving to create an excellent experience for our clients and their projects.
We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, driven and energetic person. Experience in the floorcovering or Interior Design industry is an asset but not required for this position.
An entry starting salary is provided and as new sales representatives progress, they will be able to move to a commission based wage.
Our commission pay structure is a self regulated amount with a very high potential income.
Description :
As a Sales Representative at CDL you will be expected to work the sales floor for a scheduled period of time during the week.
You will also receive scheduled flex time, allowing you to schedule client meetings and site visits. While working with clients in the showroom, you will assist in selecting appropriate floor covering options for their projects.
Some clients require assistance with design choices while other require more technical assistance. As you work with clients, you will be required to do site visits to provide an accurate and complete quote.
Quoting projects, following up with clients and processing orders will all be part of your sales process as you work to earn business from both new and existing clients.
Sales representatives at CDL have a common goal; to develop strong and long lasting client relationships and to maintain and grow their business.
Our team of sales representatives work with retail clients, contractors, custom home builders, interior designers as well as restoration and commercial projects.
A valid drivers license and vehicle are required for this job.
