Role Description
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support for the President & CEO of the company, along with providing office administration support in various functions.
This position requires a high level of confidentiality and discretion in communications, strong professional and ethical standards, excellent time and project management skills, and the ability to understand and adapt to business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Conducts scheduling and calendar management, follow-up calls / emails, and distribution of meeting materials
- Proactively supports President & CEO with internal / external commitments in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinates meetings, presentations, and other events and activities as required
- Assist with office administration tasks, including mail and parcel distribution, ordering office supplies, answering and directing incoming office phone calls , ordering office supplies, etc.
- Coordinates travel arrangements and assist with expenses for President & CEO
- Provides accounting administrative assistance as required from time to time
- Engages in other corporate processes, as needed
- Performs ad hoc tasks and projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years related experience, preferably within the development industry
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must hold a valid driver's license. Vehicle ownership is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company and personal information
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Strong planning and execution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple and varied tasks
- Demonstrates good judgment and takes accountability for decisions and results
- Must be capable of working independently
- Willingness to operate in a flexible and ambiguous environment
- Experience in accounting preferred but not required.
Salary Range
$60,000 - $75,000, depending on qualifications
