Role Description

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support for the President & CEO of the company, along with providing office administration support in various functions.

This position requires a high level of confidentiality and discretion in communications, strong professional and ethical standards, excellent time and project management skills, and the ability to understand and adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Conducts scheduling and calendar management, follow-up calls / emails, and distribution of meeting materials
  • Proactively supports President & CEO with internal / external commitments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinates meetings, presentations, and other events and activities as required
  • Assist with office administration tasks, including mail and parcel distribution, ordering office supplies, answering and directing incoming office phone calls , ordering office supplies, etc.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and assist with expenses for President & CEO
  • Provides accounting administrative assistance as required from time to time
  • Engages in other corporate processes, as needed
  • Performs ad hoc tasks and projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years related experience, preferably within the development industry
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must hold a valid driver's license. Vehicle ownership is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company and personal information
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and execution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple and varied tasks
  • Demonstrates good judgment and takes accountability for decisions and results
  • Must be capable of working independently
  • Willingness to operate in a flexible and ambiguous environment
  • Experience in accounting preferred but not required.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $75,000, depending on qualifications
