Franchise Lawyer responsibilities in this role will include :
Assist clients on strategic expansion (Expansion in to Canada / International Expansion / Trademark and IP Rights, Franchise Suitability, Franchisee Training and Support Requirements, etc.)
The successful candidate will have :
- Superb organization skills and strong work ethic
- Strong legal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects at any given time
- Outstanding client management
