Responsibilities

• Design / develop / modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained
• Code solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement / story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
• Level-2 technical support to users and partners from multiple LOBs
• Contribute to story refinement, requirements analysis and solution design
• Perform spike / proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
• Design / develop / maintain automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)
• Set up, maintain and support CI / CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Expert level experience in designing and developing .Net web applications and services
• Proficient in .Net Core 6 C# server-side programming
• Senior level experience and knowledge in web UI development using Angular, NodeJS and Typescript
• Solid background in multithreading, concurrency, high load systems
• Experience in SQL development on RDBMS databases, preferably Oracle
• Familiarity with testing best practices, tools frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber)
• Experience working in an Agile team
• Experience with modern CI / CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible and XLR
• Ability to guide and mentor other team members in web development best practices
• Ability to work across teams to establish consistent standards approaches
• Experience with API design and best practices - preferably working in a large scale environment (large data sets, understanding of scalability considerations) - knowledge of Swagger / RAML useful
• Experience in migrating AngularJS applications to Angular
• Experience in implementing .Net Core services with Linux
• Experience with
• Familiarity with Linux commands
• Experience with RESTful services
• Experience with messaging / event stores
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving application defects within a mature production system
• Exposure to a micro services architecture
• Working knowledge of Python
• Logical / physical database design
• Experience with Openshift
