Product Introduction Field Modification Operator

PURPOSE OF THE JOB Implement modifications on products in order to align the built as designed. Support Troubleshooter if necessary MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Key accountabilities : -Implement field modifications according to the modification instruction (including tests, if required) -Ensure use of valid / calibrated tools -Populate relevant modification follow-up data base and report relevant information to Field Modification Coordinator-Leader & PI Customer Site Manager -Ensure information flow within the field modification team () -Perform quality self-inspection -Respect EHS rules (Environment Health & Safety rules) and any work-related processes.
Ensure risk assessment & safe-system -of-work is available.-Report any deviation or non-conformity associated with the field modification -Ensure all necessary parts, tools & documents are available prior to starting the field modification Performance measurements : -Respect of timeframe for modification implementation -Customer acceptance and quality level of implemented modification -Compliance with EHS rules and work-related processes-Achievement of contractual availability (milestone) targets -Completeness and Quality of FM implementation data recorded in data base -Availability of configuration update data -Audit results (internal and external)Required Skills / Qualifications : -Certified Technician or Undergraduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical / electronics)-Minimum IT knowledge-Internal EHS training -Technical operational experience (mechanical or electrical / electronic) -Field Experience -Teamwork capacity-EHS knowledge and exposure -Product knowledge-Technical troubleshooting / investigation experience (mechanical or electrical / electronic) -Customer contact Important to note : As a global business, we're an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 70+ countries we operate in.
