• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the design, development and maintenance of Internet, Intranet and mobile applications to manage an organization's online business model and strategy.
• Organize and formulate reasonable and effective e-commerce business strategies and operation plans.
• Collaborate with advertising, marketing, and public relations teams to plan, develop, evaluate and manage an organization’s online presence including public relations, communications, marketing, commercial activities and social media management.
• Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, assist in product development, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments.
• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
• Directly or through our 3rd party Partners, develop, implement and measure the success of Marketplace strategies as it pertains to the overall goals and objectives of the business.
• Build up retention, community and maximizing customer value.
• Review and approve account financials including the identification and resolution of discrepancies.
• Work closely with customer service to mitigate any customer issues that may arise in the fulfillment of customer demand.
• Develop and execute SEM strategies across multiple paid platforms with a focus on Google, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
• Manage and scale continually growing monthly budgets.
• Track and optimize performance, with a focus on scale and testing across the audience, channel, and messaging variables.
• Have a strong POV on Paid search opportunities and make data-driven recommendations on new approaches, ad campaigns, or technical enhancements.
• Partner with creative to ideate and launch new ads that stay within our brand guidelines but will drive engagement and purchases.
• Analyze data from Amazon, Google ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft ads, Facebook ads (and / or other advertising platforms) and bring forward insights.
• Develop strategies on copy and landing pages to increase conversion.
• Design and execute tests, collect, and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute full-funnel campaigns in support of awareness, consideration, conversion, and pipeline.
• Research and analyze competitor advertising campaigns and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform marketing testing on advertisement copy and messaging to improve conversion rates.
• Recommend and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring and targeting.

Requirement :

• A university degree or college diploma in a field related to electronic commerce, Web site content development, or Internet and mobile services and experience in Web site design, interactive media development, data administration or information systems analysis or experience related to Web site content are usually required.
• 3-5 years of E-commerce experience
• Extensive experience managing Marketplaces including Target, Amazon, Walmart and others.
• Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting, content management systems and processes
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Entrepreneurial by nature
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions.
