ABOUT THE ROLE :

The Senior Account Manager, Creator Marketing, will oversee the end-to-end execution of creator-led campaigns, fostering relationships with clients and creators alike.

This individual will be a key driver in crafting strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding results that align with client goals.

The role demands expertise in influencer marketing, strategic thinking, and an innate ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Act as a compassionate team lead.
  • Build client relationships.
  • Deliver clear POVs on digital and media trends.
  • Demonstrate the abilitytocouncil senior team members, colleagues, and clients.
  • Develop client pitch proposals.
  • Develop thoughtful creator marketing approachestoaccomplish business objectives.
  • Mine strategicwork and datafor consumer insights.
  • Navigate large organizational structure.
  • Translatedata pointsinto meaningful client insights.
  • Workcollaboratively with large partner agencies across marketing disciplines.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination before start date.

  • 4-6 years of experience in creator marketing, with a strong understanding of creator ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms).
  • Proven ability to craft and execute innovative creator marketing strategies, focusing on both performance and brand marketing.
  • Experience in creator partnerships, partner / vendor management, and client relations, with a track record of managing relationships empathetically and professionally.
  • A data-driven mindset, emphasizing measurable outcomes over outputs and comfort with data and analytics platforms to track campaign performance.
  • Highly organized multitasker, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines while problem-solving in real time.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to guide content creation, align with brand guidelines, and deliver clear presentations and reports.
