Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of the global commercial strategy. Create and execute a 5-year business plan, including financial targets, sales strategies, and investment planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to develop marketing strategies, including portfolio plans and pricing strategies for key global market segments.
- Conduct market research (primary and secondary) to identify unmet customer needs, leverage actionable insights, and develop competitive strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Develop and execute a robust digital marketing mix, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and Google Ads.
- Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce business by introducing innovative, competitively priced products and building strong supplier and partner relationships.
- Drive brand strategy and guidelines to keep client and its product branding fresh, enhancing product recall.
- Build and execute advertising strategies with a focus on high ROI, leveraging key search terms and digital tools.
- Maintain the company website, ensuring competitive ranking and using SEO tools to drive traffic and conversions through eCommerce sales.
- Establish and manage lead generation and sales pipelines, ensuring high conversion rates from leads to sales.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor team members to develop a strong, high-performing commercial team.
- Oversee and align the company's and leadership's social media presence with broader marketing strategies.
- Support company leadership and the Board of Directors with strategic and tactical initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.Minimum 5 years of healthcare technology sales and / or marketing experience.At least 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.Expert-level knowledge of content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.Strong written and oral English communication skills with an understanding of U.S. and Canadian consumer sensibilities.Bilingual in French and English.
