Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development and execution of the global commercial strategy. Create and execute a 5-year business plan, including financial targets, sales strategies, and investment planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to develop marketing strategies, including portfolio plans and pricing strategies for key global market segments.
  • Conduct market research (primary and secondary) to identify unmet customer needs, leverage actionable insights, and develop competitive strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Develop and execute a robust digital marketing mix, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and Google Ads.
  • Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce business by introducing innovative, competitively priced products and building strong supplier and partner relationships.
  • Drive brand strategy and guidelines to keep client and its product branding fresh, enhancing product recall.
  • Build and execute advertising strategies with a focus on high ROI, leveraging key search terms and digital tools.
  • Maintain the company website, ensuring competitive ranking and using SEO tools to drive traffic and conversions through eCommerce sales.
  • Establish and manage lead generation and sales pipelines, ensuring high conversion rates from leads to sales.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor team members to develop a strong, high-performing commercial team.
  • Oversee and align the company's and leadership's social media presence with broader marketing strategies.
  • Support company leadership and the Board of Directors with strategic and tactical initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare technology sales and / or marketing experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge of content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills with an understanding of U.S. and Canadian consumer sensibilities.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
