Warehouse Order Picker

If you have at least 2 years in an order picking or material handling role, are detail oriented, and are great with computers using an ERP system this role could be a perfect fit!

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a short-term contract role with competitive pay in a clean and collaborative work environment.

This position is currently set as a 3 month contract though there is opportunity for extension.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check .

Advantages

• Straight day shift in Kitchener 6 : 30am -5pm Tuesday to Friday

Responsibilities

Process work orders and stage selected parts and components on wire carts for assembly.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of material handling and system transactions.

Safely operate material handling equipment to pack, unpack, store, receive, and record the movement of parts and supplies.

Participate in cycle counting and other inventory control activities.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in warehouse order picking and material handling.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Good computer skills, with prior experience using ERP systems (Oracle Cloud experience is an asset).

Self-motivated, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
