Job Description :

As the Customer Care / Office Admin, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will handle client communications, assist with scheduling, manage office administration tasks, and provide day-to-day support to the team.

This role is essential for keeping things organized and ensuring client satisfaction during our busy winter months.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Assist in scheduling and dispatching snow removal crews.
• Maintain client records and update the CRM system.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.
• Process service requests, monitor job progress, and follow up with clients.
• Assist with invoicing and payments as needed.
• Handle any client issues or concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in customer service or office administration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure during the busy winter season.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
