In this role, you’ll be working alongside other designers and strategists to turn ideas into visual brilliance. You’ll be a key player in shaping the look and feel of our projects, helping to make sure every creative solution hits the mark and stands out.
If you’re into collaborating with a team that’s as enthusiastic about creativity as you are, let’s chat! RESPONSIBILITIES- Work closely with the Creative Director and Art Director to understand client needs and translate them into compelling creative solutions.
- Contribute to the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative solutions.- Collaborate with junior designers, providing input and feedback to enhance the creative process.
- Help develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.- Keep up with industry trends and best practices to ensure our design approach remains fresh and effective.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.- Flexibility to shift priorities in a fast paced and highly demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and excellent communication skills.- Solution oriented, understanding when to work through problems and when to ask for help.
