12monthcontract.
Fulltime : 40 hours perweek.
Weekday schedule : rotatingshifts between 8 am and 8 pm.

Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and externalclients.
Communicate effectivelywith plan members and plan sponsors in a calm and professionalmanner.
Access relevantinformation from various Manulifesystems.
Research and resolveinquiries within specifiedtimelines.
Handle sensitiveissues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain confidentialityof private personal information.
Provide technical support for online claims submission includingpassword resets ID assistance andtroubleshooting.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Postsecondary education
Previousexperience in a customer serviceenvironment.
Customerfocused andsolutionoriented.
Bilingual inEnglish and French (oral andwritten).
Excellent communicationskills (oral and written).
Stronginterpersonal skills.
Capacity tocollaborate effectively within a teamenvironment.
Strong attention todetail.
Proficient computer andkeyboarding skills.
Wellorganizedand capable of prioritizing work.
