Product Madness is looking for a Community Manager to join our new NFL mobile game team in Montreal.
If you are an experienced Community Manager, who is passionate about creating a community strategy from scratch, executing it, and leading the community.

What You'll Do
- Create and execute the Community Strategy for a new NFL social casino mobile game
- Design social media campaigns and monitor their success
- Establish and lead an engaged community of players
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to approve the content
- Collaborate with the GameOps team to align community events with the game calendar
- Manage the entire execution process of campaigns and posts from start to finish, including copyrights and videos
- Collaborate with product and game economy teams on activities rewards
- Stay updated on recent trends to create fresh content and challenges
- Conduct surveys to gather community feedback and insights
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in mobile gaming as a Community Manager similar role
- Native English speaker with exceptional written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Curious, creative, can think outside of the box for new ideas and solutions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret community metrics
- Experience in managing social casino or sports gaming community is a plus
