Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Sales and Marketing team in creating and executing marketing campaigns to attract top-tier talent and clients.
- Help manage our social media profiles by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and candidates.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Draft and edit compelling job descriptions and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members on sales outreach and follow-up activities.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the department.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for sales, marketing, and talent acquisition.
