Job Id : 1591 # of Openings : 1 Intern, Product & Client Service Connor, Clark & Lunn Funds Inc. Toronto, ON The Position CC&L Funds is seeking an Intern to join our Product & Client Service Team for a 4-month term (September-December 2024).

Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in office and remote working days throughout the week. As an Intern you will :

• Service a client base of leading Canadian investment dealers and Investment Advisors by gaining familiarity with CC&L Funds’ business and platform of investment products and services, and the business and support functions of CC&L Financial Group
• Support the CC&L Funds sales team by responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, with support from internal operational and data teams
• Work with internal and external support teams to address ongoing operational issues and client inquiries
• Act as a liaison between the CC&L Funds sales team and the Marketing group to customize presentation materials
• Contribute to improving and streamlining the service model and operational procedures
• Participate in ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed

Qualifications and Experience This position is geared towards students either in their second, third or fourth year of an undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, and / or Economics or another related field.

We are seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial students who are interested in learning from and enhancing our client service and product processes.

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will have :

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Working towards their undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, and / or Economics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with other team members, combined with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Good judgment coupled with the ability to set clear expectations and make sound decisions
• Strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Understanding of client service and Canadian funds / managed product industry or equivalent experience is an asset
