Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee their team of Case Managers. This role is critical in managing the operations of the emergency assistance department, ensuring that all customer inquiries and situations are handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of bilingual (English and French) Case Managers.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring effective handling of incoming emergency assistance requests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance through regular reviews and provide feedback and coaching to improve skills and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Handle escalated customer issues, providing decisive and effective solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a customer service or emergency response environment.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Good business acumen with a strategic mindset.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in travel risk management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with crisis management or emergency response procedures.
  • Advanced certifications in leadership or emergency management.
