Project Coordinator(Marketing CreativeServices)
Ourclient in the printing industry is seeking a skilled ProjectCoordinator to manage the full lifecycle of creative projects.
Thisrole requires a detailoriented professional to coordinate workflowscommunicate with clients and ensure projects are delivered on timeand withinbudget.

Hourly salary of $27.
12monthcontract.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
WeekdaySchedule : 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.

Responsibilities :
Project Coordination : Manage projects from inception to completionincluding scheduling meetings setting timelines defining tasks forthe creative team coordinating production and overseeing finaldelivery and invoicing.
Clientand Team Liaison : Serve as the main point of contact betweenclients suppliers contractors and the creative team ensuring clearcommunication and strong professionalrelationships.
Daily ClientManagement : Understand client needs ensure the accurate and timelydelivery of products and provide exceptional customerservice.
Deadline and BudgetManagement : Keep projects on track under tight deadlines monitorbudgets and address potential scope creepproactively.
Quality Control : Ensure all quality control policies are followed reviewing proofsfor accuracy before client delivery and continuously seeking waysto improve processes.
File andAdministrative Management : Handle file management and otheradministrative tasks associated withprojects.
Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support theteam.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Education : Completion of a postsecondary degree / diploma in businessmarketing project management print or graphic design or equivalentexperience.
Experience : 5 yearsof experience in an agency marketing department or similarcreative / print environment.
Organizational Skills : High level of organizational skills with theability to prioritizeeffectively.
Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communicationskills.
Customer Service : Strongcustomer service orientation with excellent teamwork and timemanagement abilities.
Relationship Building : Ability to build and maintain relationshipswith clients partners vendors and teammembers.
Industry Knowledge : Understanding of the creative process with expertise in printdigital and social medianetworks.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge ofAdobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with a Mac environment isessential.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs asneeded.
