THE TEAM

The mission of the Creative Management department is to bring Creative work to realization at the right time with the right resourcing.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Creative Management department, you will be part of the team responsible for driving creative deliverables from concept to completion, across creative and production, in a seamless and efficient manner. As a Creative Project Manager, you will ensure the Creative team is set up with the right resources and tools while monitoring project timelines, workloads, and workflows . THE ROLE

As the Creative Project Manager, Creative Management, you will :

  • Evaluate the creative workload and develop achievable working timelines.
  • Allocate work to the right creative talent.
  • Manage workflow from concept to asset pass.
  • Ensure creative deliverables are realized in a timely and efficient manner.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Creative Project Manager, Creative Management, has :

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and / or experience in project and creative management.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
  • THE COMPENSATION

    The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
