ROLE SUMMARY :

Are you a decisive decision-maker with an unwavering commitment to quality excellence? Labatt Breweries of Canada is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Strategic Project Manager within our supply and logistics division.

As the Strategic Project Managert, you will be leading a 3-6 month crucial project, to then transition into a full-time executive role in Canada located by one of our breweries.

Locations include : London Ontario, Edmonton Alberta, Montreal Quebec.

Your expertise will be paramount in managing competing priorities within our fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across the supply chain.

Drawing upon your technical knowledge and analytical skills, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, minimize costs, and maximize profitability.

As a seasoned leader, you'll thrive in guiding and energizing our team through the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.

Your ability to lead in a fast-paced setting will be invaluable, while your comfort in navigating unionized environments will foster collaborative relationships and drive collective success.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

  • Leading a Fast-Paced Team : Your experience in leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments positions you to thrive amidst challenges and deliver exceptional results.
  • Comfortable in a Unionized Environment : Your familiarity with unionized environments demonstrates your ability to navigate complex labor relations, fostering positive relationships and driving productivity.
  • Years of Experience : 7+ years of relevant experience
