Bilingual French Call Center Agent

We are looking for personable Bilingual -English & French speakers to work on a contract basis as Bilingual Call Center Agent for our client, a well-known Insurance Company

In this role, you will be working in a collaborative, team-oriented, fast-paced environment, providing exceptional client service to customers over the phone and email.

We're looking for Rockstar candidates with excellent communication skills, who can handle a fast-paced environment, and who multi-task efficiently (on the phone and logging information into the computer).

Responsibilities

• Handling all inbound calls and emails from customers regarding their insurance plan
• Managing policies in regards to a variety of matters, including walking clients through their plan in a patient manner
• Provide empathy while dealing with clients and supporting business needs
• Ability to multitask between calls and system handling
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders, partners, and colleagues in other departments to ensure seamless interaction between parties

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French
• 1 year of call center or insurance experience within an office setting
• Able to de-escalate calls in a patient and empathetic manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
