Are you a seasoned Salesforce expert looking to make a significant impact in the public sector?
We're seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Solutions Designer to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our project, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and improve service delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions for public sector clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Leverage your expertise in Salesforce Platform Developer I, OmniStudio Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, and Administrator certifications to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices
- Contribute to knowledge transfer and documentation
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in the public sector
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration options and custom code
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or equivalent experience
- Certified Salesforce OmniStudio Developer and Experience Cloud Consultant
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Agile scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Previous experience working in government or public sector organizations
