About the role

We’re looking for a Director - Claims West to join our growing team!

What you'll do here :

  • Analyze, recommend and implement strategic projects to optimize supply chain management.
  • Ensure optimal performance of quantitative and qualitative indicators related to the operational performance of suppliers.
  • Analyze and implement all aspects and stages of digital compensation development.
  • Lead or contribute to national projects to meet quality, schedule and cost objectives while ensuring that projects meet the company's high customer service standards and objectives.
  • Participate in the operations and deployment of projects and collaborative policies by planning, directing and controlling the various operational phases.
  • Ensure constant and professional communication with the various business partners in order to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration.
  • Responsible for negotiating contracts with strategic suppliers.

What you bring to the table :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, actuarial science, finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Track record of developing talent and leading an engaged team.
  • Fostered a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • 10 years of experience in finance or property and casualty insurance.
  • Ability to set strategic direction and effectively communicate and execute the overall vision.
  • Project management and change management skills.
  • Excellent ability to build relationships based on trust and collaboration.
  • Exceptional ability to work with and influence diverse groups.
