Compensation :
- Base Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $120,000 - $125,000
- Commission is based on recruitment productivity

Responsibilities :
As the Real Estate Recruiter , you will be responsible for growing our team of high-performing agents while maintaining a positive and productive office culture. Key duties include :
- Recruit top talent : Identify, recruit, and hire high-potential real estate agents on a weekly basis.
- Promote Market Center value : Clearly communicate the unique value proposition of our office to prospective agents.
- Conduct training and onboarding : Assist new agents in successfully transitioning into our office and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Lead regular meetings : Host weekly sales and business development sessions to keep agents engaged and informed.
- Staff management : Oversee staff professionalism and performance, ensuring they support agents effectively.
- Analyze market trends : Research local competition and adjust recruitment and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Performance reviews : Conduct regular reviews with agents and staff to maintain accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- 2 3 years of proven success in real estate or recruiting, with a passion for building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, particularly within residential sales.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with a talent for setting clear expectations and holding yourself and others accountable.
- Ability to analyze key metrics and implement strategic improvements.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including MLS and basic financial reporting.
