The wage range for customer service representative : intake is $20.32 $24.72 per hour.

The full time position is permanent with 75 hours biweekly.

The part time position is permanent with 36 hours biweekly.

Who is the customer service representative : intake

The customer service representative is someone who enjoys working directly with the community to make sure animals in need can get the care they need.

The customer service representative is someone who likes helping others, whether that’s helping a family navigate the decision to give up a pet, helping a lost pet find its way home, or helping their team stay organized.

The customer service representative is tenacious and ready to explore all options to help an animal find their way home.
