Role :
Sitting with in the Technology Change Enablement Team comprised of :
1)Operational Change Enablement : defining the Firm's Technology Change controls and procedures, provisioning oversight and education on Change Enablement practices, enforcing adherence to Change process requirements, KPI / KRI management and monitoring performance, tooling representation and communication, Regulatory and Audit response, facilitating Change Advisory Board meetings where appropriate, investigating Change Related Incidents and defining the Operational Change Enablement strategy for Technology globally
2)Supervision Change Management : provisioning the Firm's first line of defence oversight and controls on high risk rated assets with users with privileged access (PA), offering centralized evidencing of controls across Infrastructure and the wider supervisory strategy and controls agenda, including prevent and detect solutions and implementation
Primary responsibilities :
Supporting implementation and oversight of controls associated with Change Management including :
- PA Change Supervision detect reviews Supporting the prioritization and onboarding of assets for PA Change Supervision
- Supporting the delivery of new prevent and detect integrations
- Prevent and detect testing and validation
- Identifying risks associated with or impacting the - Change Management policy.
- Timely escalation of any risks, gaps or bugs identified with the Change Management policy or tooling suite.
- Identifying opportunities for improved processes and automated controls
- Contributing to the refinement of Change control effectiveness
- Reviewing, designing, and reporting metrics, KPIs, KRIs to support Change Management
