Job summary
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Electronic Technician is responsible for ensuring the performance and visual quality of products before packaging.
Description of key responsibilities
Perform visual inspections.
Measure electronic parameters.
Verify compliance with technical specifications.
Locate and replace defective components.
Perform precision soldering work.
Enter product identification data in the ERP system.
Record resolved issues in the database.
Share any non‑conformities encountered to support continuous improvement efforts.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Perform any other related tasks.
Skills
Strong organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and disciplined work habits.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in SMT and through‑hole soldering according to IPC‑A‑610 standards.
Good visual acuity.
Strong manual dexterity.
Excellent hearing.
Requirements
Education
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Electronics or College Diploma (DEC) in Electronics.
Experience and Knowledge
Passion for audio.
Solid knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
Expertise in electronic troubleshooting techniques.
Minimum of five years of experience in electronic testing and troubleshooting.
