The Change Management Consultant will play a lead role in integrating change management, and training activities for various projects, involving multiple teams and geographies.
The Change Management Consultant is responsible for the elaboration of the Change Management Strategy, the leadership alignment and engagement as well as the required tactics needed to achieve the desired change results.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
Develop a change management strategy using stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, capabilities assessments and change journeys in collaboration with business owners and project managers.
Lead leadership alignment and engagement.
Develop stakeholder engagement and communications strategies in collaboration with the communication team
Facilitate and lead change management workshops
Develop training strategies and identify material needs for all key event (pre go live to post go live) in collaboration with project managers and training services.
Define people readiness and adoption criteria and required onboarding activities.
Measure adherence to the change during the different phases of the project
Actively engage in project health status by addressing the level of change impacts
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
Undergraduate degree in Communication, Administration, Human Ressources or Change Management
PROSCI certification
5+ years of experience in related field. Previous experience in marketing and communication.
Experience with change management in a large company
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Office
Experience with the ADKAR model for change management
Familiar with user-centered design (UCD) and user-experience (UX) concepts and methodologies are assets
Ability to think strategically and globally, and to work with stakeholders at multiple hierarchical levels
Good leadership and team player
Excellent communication, both written and verbal (French / English)
Proactive action driven and autonomy
Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
