Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de la construction, de la quincaillerie ou de la distribution. Connaissance des besoins opérationnels liés aux projets sur le terrain. Capacité à proposer des solutions concrètes et efficaces aux défis d’approvisionnement. Serve as the primary point of contact for all material and supply purchases. Handle purchase requests related to construction and renovation projects. Issue, input, and monitor purchase orders in the internal system. Verify that all orders are accurate and meet internal requirements. Manage order changes, cancellations, and ensure data is up to date. Track deliveries and reconcile packing slips with purchase orders. Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and delivery terms. Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and availability of materials. Work closely with other departments to fulfill procurement needs. Respond to internal and external communications within 24 hours. Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and organization. Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. Skilled negotiator with a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). College diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction, hardware, or distribution industry. Familiarity with operational needs in field-based projects. Natural problem-solver with the ability to deliver practical solutions quickly.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) acheteur(euse) rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve) pour gérer les achats de quincaillerie, d’équipements de chantier et de fournitures nécessaires au bon déroulement des projets. Le ou la titulaire du poste jouera un rôle clé dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement en assurant un suivi efficace des commandes, tout en veillant à la conformité, aux délais et aux normes de qualité. Ce rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec les équipes de projets, de ventes et d’opérations.
Responsabilités principales :
- Être le point de contact principal pour tous les achats de fournitures et matériaux.
- Traiter les demandes d’achat liées aux projets de construction et de rénovation.
- Assurer l’émission, la saisie et le suivi des bons de commande dans le système.
- Vérifier l’exactitude des commandes et assurer leur conformité avec les demandes internes.
- Gérer les ajustements et annulations de commandes, et mettre à jour les données dans le système.
- Suivre les livraisons, valider les réceptions et faire concorder les bons de livraison avec les bons de commande.
- Gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs : négociation de prix, délais, conditions, etc.
- Assurer un suivi proactif avec les fournisseurs pour garantir la disponibilité des matériaux.
- Collaborer avec les autres départements afin de répondre à leurs besoins en approvisionnement.
- Répondre rapidement aux demandes internes et externes (dans un délai de 24 heures).
- Réaliser toute autre tâche connexe selon les besoins du service.
