This position is receiving incoming calls for customer service only no sales! As the company's first point of contact, a customer service representative is in charge of interacting with clients, offering assistance with a range of questions, and making sure the client is treated professionally while encouraging a positive experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity with room for advancement and development. Responsibilities : · Establish a consultative rapport-building approach with customers.

  • Attend to the customers' needs in order to provide them with a unique and positive answer to their questions. · Show that you know a great deal about the services the company offers in order to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Make sure that all administrative tasks are executed precisely. · Previous experience in customer service is necessary for this role.

  • Positivity and a can-do attitude toward all situations and problems. · Ability to work well in a team. · Capability to manage and organize own workload, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Effectiveness under pressure. · Ability to be trusted and handle work of a confidential nature. Ideally, you have experience working in the service industry and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Though not required because comprehensive training is offered, experience in a related role is preferred. We understand that having a fulfilling life outside of work is necessary for having a fulfilling life at work! Therefore, we provide : · Complete training for this role.
