Position : Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Shift : Day shifts - 4 week days and 1 day on the weekend

Hours of Operation : 8 : 30am - 5pm

Salary : $25 / hr

Location : Woodbridge, Ontario (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

In this Bilingual Customer Service Representative the following are your responsibilitites :

• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls in English & French in addition to email and online chat
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Handle inquiries, troubleshootng and relationship building
• Collaborate on special projects

Qualifications

To excel in this Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you possess the following qualifications :

• Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills in both English and French
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• Troubleshooting is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
