SUMMARY :

We are seeking an enthusiastic highly motivated Equipment Finance Customer Service Representative to join the team. As a customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Reporting directly to the Manager, Sales Support & Customer Service, this role will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, requests, and concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, and text.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance, credit, and sales, to ensure seamless problem resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
  • Assist customers with payment-related matters, as well as addressing and billing inquiries.
  • Educate customers on equipment financing options, repayment terms, and other relevant financial information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional equipment finance services that align with customers' needs.
  • Strive to build strong relationships with customers with a focus on customer loyalty and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years plus equipment finance experience with proven customer service experience.
  • College Diploma. Additional education in finance and business a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in French is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and patience.
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of equipment financing terms, processes, and industry practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
