Evening Working Supervisor

DomusBuilding Cleaning Company Ltd. is looking for qualified EveningWorking Supervisors for an immediate position located within theOttawa area.
Domus has been in operation for over 50 years withmore than 500 employees in multiple provinces and has an excellentreputation as a janitorial servicesprovider.
Supervise coordinate and plan the work ofemployees
Conductmonthly inspections of the facilities (including monitoringinventory andsupplies)
Ensurethe proper maintenance of all cleaningequipment
Cleaningduties including but not limited to; mopping sweeping vacuumingdusting sanitizing bathroomsetc.
Completingorientation and training of all newstaff
Completeand submit timeoff requests disciplinary reports accident reportsand other supervisordocumentation
Recommendor arrange for additional services required such as floor waxingcarpet cleaning or replacement of furnishings andequipment
Monitorand maintain Domus standards ofcleanliness
Requirements
Supervisorexperience within the cleaning industry (commercial industrial oroffice)
Advancedreading writing and communicationskills
Basiccomputerskills
PhysicalAbilities : standing kneeling walking up to 8 hrs aday
Capableof lifting up to40lbs
Capableof completing repetitivetasks
