About the Team As the Product Manager, your mission is to be accountable for optimizing and improving our financial data aggregation and open banking products;

and enhancing overall financial data connectivity. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff, leveraging their insights and support to drive your initiatives forward and make decisions that can materially improve the success of our customers, their users, and Flinks, by ensuring seamless and efficient data access for all stakeholders.

What You’ll Do Craft and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that balances innovation with enhancements to meet evolving customer needs across different technological landscapes (open banking and data aggregation products).

Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to create detailed product specifications and requirements to ensure timely delivery.

Represent customer interests within the organization and ensure their needs and feedback are central to development. Oversee product performance and continuously monitor key metrics, including optimizing API performance, user conversion rates, and expanding product integrations.

Who You Are 8-10+ years of B2C or B2B2C product management experience, ideally with a focus on API products. Strong interest and understanding in technical domains such as APIs, AI / ML, data analytics, alongside UX design, and software development methodologies Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for clearly articulating customer challenges and needs.

Ownership mentality that doesn’t shy away from accountability. Proficient in diving deep into data, applying first-principles thinking, and delivering effective solutions.

If would be even better if you have : High empathy for developers and other users of API products. Proven experience in developing new products, driving product enhancements and working in a dynamic environment.
