Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Montreal, QC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies and equipment, managing incoming calls and emails, assisting with scheduling, and providing executive administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Clerical skills, including organization and record keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Fluency in both English and French is a must
