Role Overview :
As the Customer Service Representative, you are integral to the heart of our operations. Your primary role involves masterfully coordinating installations and service calls, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication, paying meticulous attention to detail, swiftly resolving problems, and upholding our high standards of efficiency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and oversee end-to-end service processes, including installations and inspections.
Manage timely ordering of parts from suppliers and track warranties for refunds.
Provide service technicians with essential information and tools for successful service calls.
Handle documentation tasks, including uploading important documents and managing damage claims.
Organize schedules to ensure technician and equipment availability for uninterrupted service delivery.

At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
